It is always a noble thing to be there for someone who acts as pillars for others because even though they might never express, they too are vulnerable and can break down. I think one can help a caregiver best by being there emotionally and supporting them; helping them realize that they are not alone in this. Sometimes, I could offer help to fill in and encourage them to take a break. I could also spend time with them and maybe watch a movie or cook for them or be there in any way I can to give them company
